Why this category exists
Not all my questions start in a journal article. Some come from trying to live with intention — and from traditions of reflection that emphasise inner awareness and meaning.
I'm not presenting myself as a scholar of Sufism. I'm someone who finds certain contemplative ideas useful for asking better questions about attention, desire, and how we spend our lives.
A working thought
Research and reflection aren't separate compartments. The questions that stay with me — about focus, technology, community — often have a personal dimension I want to acknowledge rather than hide.
